The recent changes in the way the examination of the Modern Greek Language and Literature course is conducted determine a new form of assessment for students in the nationwide examinations in the subject of Modern Greek for daily and evening General Lyceum. The editorial team of the publishing house, in response to the new requirements and modifications of the Ministry of Education, has prepared preparation criteria for the nationwide examinations according to the recent changes (August 2019) and the way they are presented in the new school book Modern Greek Language of the 3rd Lyceum, Material Folder, Text Networks (2019). The new criteria for unified examination present changes in terms of structure, type of questions, and some additional thematic units.

Emphasis has been placed on the interpretive commentary, with a detailed presentation of the theory and several applications, in order to ensure the successful handling of the exercise by the students.
