We decided to try it for a close shave as it is also a Philips brand, but unfortunately we were disappointed. It doesn't shave close, nor does it shave well. What a waste of money!
Quite a good electric shaver, you don't get cut, but 8 hours to charge is somewhat a long time I think!
Wow, very good, I didn't expect it! It's like it defies gravity! And it leaves the skin very smooth! Too bad I didn't have it in the army!
Even the small bumps I have, it doesn't cut them and it glides over them!
Never unlock the blades, you will definitely lose them because the locking mechanism is ridiculous! It doesn't always lock!
I have been using Philips razors with this system for years. I have nothing negative to say about the cutting system (heads) for this machine. I just want to emphasize a few points in my review:
NEGATIVES
- Large size. Perhaps the largest one I have had until now (many years... since I remember shaving for the first time :)... my father had the legendary Philishave 90 Super Exclusive with which I secretly shaved as a teenager). For years, I had a case that could fit all the razors I bought afterwards and I was satisfied... this one DOES NOT fit!!
- It does not have a strong shaving intensity... it gives you the feeling that it needs charging and does not provide good results (you have to go over the same spot again and again).
- The battery does not hold a charge for a long time (small battery).
- It does not have a cleaning brush, so if someone does not have one from a previous razor, it makes quick cleaning difficult.
POSITIVES
+ The system with the 3 heads (if your skin accepts it) provides a very easy and good shaving experience.
+ The entire system is easily washable.
+ Affordable (I found it for 36 euros in a supermarket chain).
+ With registration on the Philips website, you can extend the warranty to 3 years.
Personally, I would not call it value for money. I should have chosen another, even slightly more expensive one (always Philips).

I received it yesterday and just did my first shave.
I had the previous model, with which I shaved even my head. (I broke it, it was not its fault, I had it for about 4 years without any decrease in performance or battery life.)
I would do the same with this one without hesitation, I just don't shave anymore.
You should buy it without any fear.
For someone who will shave for the first time, it may seem slow, but for someone who has been shaving for 30 years like me, it is simply perfect for its price.
Of course, it is not as fast as shaving with a razor, but we must also consider the positives. Like, it will definitely pay off its cost, if we think about the fact that we don't need shaving foam.
Excellent machine at a very good price for its performance from a recognized European company. 100% waterproof so it can be washed and with good battery autonomy, plus the ability to be used even when connected to its charger. It also has a built-in trimmer. If someone has complaints about its features and the shaving it provides, there are plenty of options out there with double or triple the price and made in China. This low-budget, made in Netherlands shaver can do all that for around €35.
It does not have such a sturdy construction. The use of it (in the first phase) seems easy. It takes several passes to catch even the small hairs well.
