Description

The Cort G100 electric guitar is designed for beginners and intermediate guitarists who are looking for a reliable and affordable guitar. It is suitable for various music genres such as rock, blues, funk, and pop.

Additionally, the Cort G100 features a comfortable neck and low action, making it ideal for beginners who are learning to play the guitar.

Single coil pickups Powersound

The G100 electric guitar features three Powersound single-coil pickups to provide authentic classic sounds that are equally suitable for vintage rock, blues, pop, or country. The 5-way switch and single tone control offer a wide variety of tonal options.

Classic ST Body Shape

The ST body shape it features follows the lines of one of the most popular electric guitars, such as the Stratocaster. Its design has a double cutaway body for access to the higher frets and an extended "horn" on the upper side that offers perfect balance during upright playing.

With a wide range of supporters, including Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Holly, David Gilmour, and Jeff Beck, it is clear that the ST Style shape can handle practically any musical style.

Body construction made of Meranti wood

Meranti is an extremely hard and durable wood, with moderate density. The sound it offers is warm and full, with good overall frequency balance.

Neck construction made of Maple wood (Sycamore)

The Maple wood in the neck is an important element for the guitar's sound, as it produces a bright and precise tone that comes from the hardness of the wood.

Slim design with a body thickness of 39 millimeters

Designed with beginners in mind, the slim body reduces weight for a nice balance between the body and neck, as well as enhancing learning and reducing fatigue.

Fixed bridge

The fixed hardtail bridge provides tuning stability and a focused sound, as well as easier and faster string changes for the beginner guitarist.

Wood finish with open pores

In addition to improving the resonance of the woods for a more vibrant sound, the open-pore finish better preserves the natural grains of the woods for a more luxurious appearance and feel.

Neck Joint and Body Connection

Unlike the square heel of traditional bolt-on guitars, the heel on the G series guitars is rounded for easy and smooth access to the upper frets.

Satin neck finish

The smooth satin finish doesn't "grab" your fingers, which means greater comfort and increased speed.

I bought it on sale for 100€ a year ago, it's worth its money. Just don't remove the plastic around the screws that hold the magnets, it's the only thing keeping the screws in place. Also, if you're looking for the sound of a strat (as another review called it), you won't find it because it has two humbuckers and nothing else.

What is most value for money and more than that this instrument, I did not expect it at all to be so high quality for this money, it is quite modern in shape for a strat this was the reason I chose it but the instrument is very good. (based on the money it costs)
