It is perhaps the worst product in its category, both this one and the leather version.
It has nothing to do with the photos.
The sides are almost empty and the padding that you see and the dog's head usually touches is almost empty, resulting in it touching the floor as soon as you touch it.
The same thing happens with the pillow. It is empty, unevenly distributed, and poorly stitched. It's a waste of money.
