This lamp has been very convenient for me so far. I have it next to my bed and I use it at night for feedings when I don't want too much light. It has three buttons to turn on only the owl or only the halo or both. You can also adjust the brightness of the light separately for the owl and the halo. Finally, you can use batteries or have it plugged into the wall with a USB, and there is a setting for it to turn on when it hears the baby crying (I haven't tried it yet). I am very satisfied though because it is very well-made and practical. I'm glad I bought it even though it's a bit expensive! A very good purchase!
