1.1m adapter for connecting monitors with HDMI cable to Type-C 3.1 port.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
It is a very good and affordable USB 3 protocol to USB C connector that works on Lenovo Legion 5 (R7 4800H, GTX 1660) with Linux and Windows, Mac Mini 2021 M1 (not sure about Thunderbolt, it might be a combo port, I haven't checked the spec sheet), and I have tested it on a couple of other laptops as well. The only downside is that it doesn't sync well with old projectors (for example, in almost all schools in Greece) and sometimes it only reaches 60Hz.
It did not work with two mobile phones, one television, two computer screens, three different HDMI cables, and a computer with USB-C. On one mobile phone that seemed to work, it said that the cable was damaged. I assume it only works with 4K televisions and 4K HDMI cables, it does nothing in lower resolutions.
Update 1: It actually works, but the cable is loose or the USB-C connector does not make good contact. It only works on screens and televisions with 1080p or 4K resolution. It only works on mobile phones that support USB-C OTG 3. Most mobile phones have USB-C OTG 2, so it will not work with any USB-C to HDMI, VGA, or display port adapter on those.
It warms up quite a bit after a few minutes of use, but I don't consider this to be a problem. The USB-C plug remains at room temperature, so logically it's an issue with the adapter...

It works as it should, without any issues. Convenient if you have a Samsung device with DEX
