    Very good and easy-to-use gym bar for home.

    Ideal for someone who wants to work out alone at home and is starting to exercise casually with light weights and gradually increasing.

    It has a diameter of 30, so it can take additional weights besides the standard ones.
    The grips loosen a bit, so it's good to get some extras to tighten the weights properly if you want to put on a lot.
    It has plastic weights, so they don't damage the floor either.
