When our old porcelain teapot broke, we chose to buy a cast iron one. It's strange, but it doesn't keep the contents hot for a long time, as we would expect from its material and weight. The same goes for the porcelain one. Where the handle connects to the teapot, it has started to rust. The capacity is good enough for two people.

Truly one of the best household purchases I have made, it is not only the technology but also the design of it. I highly recommend it, it will solve your hands.
