  There are 2 versions circulating on the internet that look similar in design and color. One is made in Taiwan and has a price range of 15-20 euros. I haven't seen it available in Europe. From the photos, it has a different shutter and different pins with screws and simple metal handles. The European version has a rubber grip, black pins with locks, and a center hook-type shutter. The price of the European version ranges from 36-75€. From the tests, it shows quality construction with durable metals and an efficient mechanism. The cutting blade is independent and screws onto the gear. The cutting blade has a thickness of 2.4 mm. The steel, from the few tests, seems to be of good quality. A complete closure is achieved with 12 steps. It sits nicely in the hand and provides a clean cut. The pipes in the photo are 20mm diameter polypropylene with a wall thickness of 2.4mm. I also cut electrical external PVC pipes of 32-25-20 mm and spiral pipes with excellent results. The country of manufacture is not indicated. An address in Munich, Germany appears, but the barcode is from Denmark. I suspect that it is manufactured in Denmark by another company on behalf of Irwin. Greece has some of the best prices in Europe.
