The only case that worked somewhat satisfactorily for me was with very ripe and soft zucchinis. For anything else, like carrots or orange sweet potatoes, it doesn't work. I do not recommend it.

It does not work at all for carrots, unless they are the size of a zucchini! But even for large carrots, it still does not cut them properly and requires a lot of force, the image is completely misleading. It is only for cucumbers and zucchinis, which come out satisfactorily.
