Especially for difficult grilling, like a large fish (I'm talking about 5 kilograms and above - anyone who has tried it knows the difficulty), cooking it whole is really convenient.
You know the internal temperature of the fish, the external temperature of the fire, and the estimated time to reach the set internal temperature.
Since I got it, I have cooked many difficult fish and meats that otherwise would require tricks to come out properly.

It is very helpful that there are no cables for the sensors like in other similar market thermometers, this is completely wireless and has 2 temperature sensors in one product to measure both the internal meat temperature and the external chamber temperature with the black point protruding from the thermometer.
