Very nice and useful.. but not for professional use.. without the plastic part ever getting wet, only the needle loses up to 20 degrees in 1 month.. mainly when we are talking about temperature drop. It's a shame for the money and for the quality of construction that I found good!!

Quite user-friendly and it helped me a lot with grilling meats. The thin needle it has is quite helpful. Overall, quite good.

It does the job, but it requires attention on how you insert it into the meat in order to measure correctly, and it definitely burns when you try to hold/take it out.

Easy to use and high-quality construction. It has been tested in the oven for 3 hours and it was excellent.

Economical solution and relatively reliable. I use it both in the oven and on the grill (indirect grilling/closed lid).

+ It has useful notification functions for meat and ambient temperature.
+ Easy to clean.
+ Overall good quality construction.

- It is a bit slow if you want to measure something on the spot, like steaks or burgers.
- Long probe length, which can get in the way of the lid.

For the money, I would definitely buy it again.
