I would not recommend it despite its very good quality.

Difficult to place it by yourself, especially if all the weight is on the vest (20kg). Back training on a balance board is satisfactory, as well as walking and running. I will return for an additional comment.

The straps fit tightly and securely. Because the weights are made of metal and not sand, this results in the weight taking up less space on the body compared to sand-filled vests. An excellent vest at a good price!
