Specially designed dietary supplement to contribute to the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.

Benefits

  • Colilen IBS capsules work thanks to the patented molecular complex (IT No 102012902020829) ActiMucin, which consists of resins, polysaccharides, and polyphenols.
  • The ActiMucin, through a mechanical-physical type mechanism, interacts with the surface of the intestinal mucosa, forming a protective film that shields the mucosa from contact with irritating substances.
  • Due to its protective mechanism, it gradually reduces intestinal disorders, and depending on the severity of the disorder, it is recommended to extend the treatment for 2 to 6 weeks and repeat it in case of recurrence with the appearance of the first symptoms.
  • Indicated for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, characterized by pain, bloating, distension, and abdominal discomfort, with or without changes in stool form and irregular bowel function (constipation, diarrhea, or alternating between the two). 
  • Colilen IBS can also be used in combination with other symptomatic treatments during the acute phases of the disorder.
  • Medical device class IIb.

Recommended Dosage

  • It is recommended to take 2 capsules three times a day, away from or before meals.

Warnings & Precautions:

  • The product is suitable from the age of 8 years. Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. 
  • Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more ingredients. 
  • Store at room temperature, away from heat sources and protected from light.
  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • The expiration date refers to an intact and properly stored product.

Ingredients

  • Functional substances: ActiMucin, a patented plant molecular complex (IT n° 102012902020829) of resins (from Frankincense), polysaccharides (from Aloe vera), and polyphenols (from Chamomile and Lemon Balm), titrated in resins ≥18%.

    I started with samples from a pharmacy and continued with a recent purchase. I suffer from diagnosed chronic IBS (colitis) with symptoms of indigestion, bloating, and constipation. I tried everything without success. This worked from the second day. I only take 3 capsules daily, one in the morning before meals and two in the afternoon, plus 3 capsules of NOW FOODS psyllium fiber in the evening. HUGE difference! It softened my digestive system, greatly reduced the symptoms, and regulated persistent constipation. I still can't believe it. And it's just a natural product. I reserve judgment for the future because I am still at the beginning, if my digestive system gets used to it and doesn't perform as well as it does now. The instructions, however, state that it works gradually. Maybe it will perform even better. We shall see...
