In The Outer Worlds, you wake up from hibernation on a lost colony ship in transit to Halcyon, the furthest colony from Earth located at the edge of the galaxy, only to find yourself in the middle of a deep conspiracy that threatens to destroy it.
As you explore the furthest reaches of space and encounter various factions, all vying for power, the character you decide to become will determine how this player-driven story unfolds. In the corporate equation for the colony, you are the unplanned variable.

Very nice and enjoyable game! Sarcastic humor about the future of capitalism and a nice (?) world unfolding through the story. Many freedoms in choices, skills that actually make a difference, and the outcome of the story as it should be in a proper RPG. The graphics could be better, being made in Unreal Engine 4, but it definitely didn't disappoint. I give it 4 stars because the structure of the game, the size of the world, the lack of NPCs, and the many loading screens remind me of a game from a past decade. Despite its flaws, it is definitely a game that will please fans of single player RPGs and I highly recommend it at a price below 40 euros
Very pleasant experience from the hands of obsidian (kotor 2, fallout new vegas). Light-hearted atmosphere, cute jokes and characters, dark when needed, likable gameplay, beautiful music, average graphics although it didn't have a big budget so it's justified, and smart RPG elements, without anything revolutionary. A game that I would say satisfies in most areas without impressing and a good suggestion if you're not looking for something too serious.

Simply unique, an RPG with substance without being difficult to digest!
