Within a month, the left speaker stopped working, while the right one had its plastic cover come off.

They have very good sound quality and fit well. But their huge negative is the build quality. With regular use, after 6 months the cable broke in two places and the plastic came off the earphones. Personally, I do not recommend it.

Although I came across a defective product that has the right and left earbuds connected backwards, I have to say that they have a fairly satisfactory sound for music and noise isolation for Earbuds, they are very lightweight, fit perfectly in the ear, and are comfortable even for hours of use.

I probably had the previous model - all black and with a slightly larger microphone attachment, I bought them last year. I used them at work for calls, sometimes I couldn't be heard very clearly, but that's known with Handsfree, I enjoyed listening to music relatively well. The big issue arose after about 2 months of use, when I tried to clean them with alcohol and a cotton swab, the glue that holds the external plastic that somehow "clicks" into the earpiece came off. When I then tried to reattach it, they didn't fit well and became useless.

Amazing headphones for fans of bass. The best sound I have ever had the chance to hear, personally I really like the clear treble and the strong bass. It is definitely a 5-star product!

However... unfortunately, I will give it 4 stars. You should know that they have a lifespan of about 1 year. I have bought them 5 times since 2018, whether they are black or white, the color doesn't matter. This particular model breaks down within a year.

I expected something better from JBL.. poor sound quality in music, you can find much better quality in headphones that cost 5-9 euros! The sound quality for the caller is generally bad. I don't think it was worth the purchase. The bass in the music is "lifeless" and it is possibly due to the mediocre fit in the ear.

OK, they are good, but they definitely do not justify their price. Their sound quality is like the Samsung ones that come with mobile phones, which are of course much cheaper. Unfortunately, they didn't work out well for me.... they don't fit well in my ears, they don't have good sound and bass compared to my old similar ones, and they came with one speaker damaged, missing a small grille. I don't know if it was the batch or the store's fault... unfortunately, they were a gift, opened late, and the receipt for return was lost, but I will try.

I bought them with high expectations due to the brand name. I am a sound professional and JBL is one of the brands I use.
They fit well in my ear, they seem to be of good quality construction, but... either the headphones themselves or the way they fit in my ear prevent low and mid-range frequencies from being heard. In the end, I have a tinny sound that can only be used to make speech clearer during phone calls.
I have heard better sound from 5 euro headphones.

I have changed countless headphones in my life....I wanted something relatively cheap, not too cheap, around 10 euros, so I bought these....At first, I was quite disappointed with the quality, but in the end, it's not that bad...the cable is of very good quality compared to others that easily break and get tangled....Their sound is quite satisfactory for music and calls....For this price, they are fine....Their fit, at least for me, is PERFECT....the first time I wear them while driving with a closed helmet, they fit correctly and don't come off at all....long cable....What disappointed me is that they don't have good sound isolation and the volume button is on the cable....Durability, if they last 1-1.5 years, is fine...Edit....a few hours after I made the comment...suddenly they don't make good contact in the 3.5 port....Disgrace....in the end, you are right...Disgrace

Awesome construction with exceptional sound. JBL is renowned for its sound quality, but also for its durability. They have endured a lot and have not suffered the slightest damage.

Very bad sound. Unacceptable for their price and brand. There are definitely better headphones at the same price. I regret the purchase.

Very good sound quality. No exaggerations in the bass or treble. The shape of them in the ears I haven't gotten used to yet. The cable seems durable.

Very good sound and good listening from the other person. The negative is that their construction is very poor. The rubber tips come off very quickly, one earphone gets damaged from cable tangling, etc. They easily get tangled. Choose something else.

The positives with these headphones are only that the cable does not tangle at all because the cable is of a braided type and that they fit properly in the ear and do not come off or fall out. Now the negatives: first of all, they have unacceptable sound quality. I bought them at the not at all privileged price of 20 euros and I say this because they have the same sound as some headphones that cost 2 to 5 euros. And then the thing that completely drove me crazy was that the inner part that goes into the ear has a non-slip surface which completely came off for me. The best part is that the pause play button works whenever it wants, so it stops the song after 5 minutes. I have them for about 1 and a half to 2 years. One earphone doesn't work and the protective rubber cover has come off from the other one. It has good music playback quality, but not good durability.

One problem I noticed is related to the microphone. In every conversation, on ps4, mobile, etc., where I speak, the other person complains that they hear 2 or more voices of their own, it doesn't have such good insulation. However, even though the left earphone has now broken, they lasted a long time of intense use, it must have been 6-12 months. The sound is nice, it has a bit of bass, at least in the beginning. As for whether it fits well in the ear, it caused a sore in my right ear, but I got used to it later. Overall, in terms of the sound they reproduce, they are of good quality, no doubt about it. And considering that they cost only 16€, I would say they are worth it. I am also thinking of buying them again, but I might try something new. They even have the disadvantage of the color fading and the plastic being visible inside, as well as the fact that it collects dust, but that is quite unavoidable.

Very convenient in the ears, very good sound on a mobile phone that is not known for its good performance. The only button it has is not very functional when listening to music to change the song, it does not have a volume button.

I had been very satisfied with them and I was disappointed when they broke during the trimester because in my opinion they were very good. What a shame.

Not comfortable at all, you're afraid to move in case they fall off your ear, and after a few minutes they start causing discomfort because you've squeezed them so much. The sound is very good.

In the positives:
- Incredible cable, never tangles and has a very nice feel.
- Very good sound and good bass for this type of headphones.

In the negatives:
- They are somewhat bulky, so they often fall out of the ears and are somewhat uncomfortable. You have to squeeze them further into the ears. :P

If you get them solely for music and calls, then they are a one-way street.. they are not only for music because your ear gets tired easily.. anyway, in terms of sound quality, they are fine

Very good, clean, satisfactorily powerful sound.
Perfect cable, almost never tangled.
The color faded (that silver they have) unreasonably quickly (6 months with minimal use).
They are not comfortable to wear and also you can't wear them when lying down because your ears will hurt after a few hours. A lot.
Overall, for their price, they are not worth it because they are not comfortable.

Very good headphones for their price.. and with good bass.. the only complaint is that I don't sound very good on calls... but they are worth it
