The plastic for the ear support broke very quickly...the battery runs out quickly, it doesn't last as long as it says. The speaker doesn't hear clearly...it doesn't play music and my Chinese lady annoys me when the battery runs out!

Do not expect who knows what.
The worst thing is that it does not have a volume button.
If someone asked me,
I would not recommend it to them.
Better something a little more expensive.

The incoming sound level is acceptable given the size of the device, but the outgoing sound is unacceptable to the point where communication with the caller becomes difficult. Tested on iPhone (5s / 6s), Xiaomi 4X / 5A, and even on a desktop computer where the problematic incoming sound flow was clearly captured. Additionally, there are many inconsistencies in the manual regarding the headset's lights and its operating status. Advice: avoid it, especially if the store from which you purchased it lacks the basic sensitivity to assess its condition and, consequently, accept its exchange for another product.

It's worth its money! I bought it for my girlfriend in gold and it's beautiful, discreet, and fits relatively well in the ear. It also plays music, but unfortunately not the radio even though I had connected headphones:/ For this reason, minus 1 star.

It connects quickly and easily, it is very lightweight and does not bother, convenient USB charging plug, the silicone cover around the earpiece is tragic, it has a very small hole for the sound to pass through and a huge square piece that falls off (probably to tie it with a strap so as not to lose it maybe) which hinders a stable fit in the ear, I had to cut the square piece with a razor to fit properly in the ear and open a few more holes in the silicone to slightly increase the volume of the sound.
The sound to others is satisfactory, everyone can hear you quite well, but the sound from the earpiece to hear others is extremely poor, the volume is excessively low and the quality compared to the phone's regular earpiece is terrible, resulting in the earpiece being useless in practice.
Especially in driving conditions, in order to have a conversation and understand the other person, you have to close the radio and windows!
Unfortunately, it is only suitable for recycling! Stay away!

I have it for a few days. It's not bad for its price. It sounds great, but the only serious problem for me is that it doesn't reach me, I wanted a bit more volume to hear (low sound). I turn it up to the maximum and still struggle when there is noise outside.
Other than that, it connects instantly with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro. The funny thing is that by mistake I set it to Chinese instead of English as the language. The way to change it is as follows:
Make sure the Bluetooth is not turned on on your phone, pair the Remax Bluetooth (press and hold the central button until the red-blue light flashes) and then press the central button 3-4 times again and voila, the language changes to English.
It notifies you when it turns on and off. When you receive a call, it tells you the number calling. For its price, it's quite decent. I would have liked it to have buttons for the sound.

Bad construction on the hook (plastic), it can easily break. The instructions are poorly written and it took me a long time to figure out how to connect it to the phone. In terms of sound, the caller can hear you clearly but you can only hear moderately at maximum volume. I would choose something else if you asked me today.
