    Did I get lost reading the reviews??
    Well...
    After 2 months of everyday use (with respect), the spiral broke on me too!!
    From the first day, water was leaking from the tank, so I had to wipe and collect the water..
    Replacement within the warranty period of 3 to 4 months..
    Second device... not used daily but once a month (if even that!) and in the span of two years, it got stuck and stopped producing steam.
    The supports for the cloth on both devices would break, and I would have to reattach them until the spring got lost, so now I tie the cloths (I have bought larger ones and I can tie them!!)
    Also, the safety lock for children is a joke.. it never locks!!
    However, my mother, who bought it a week after me, has experienced the exact same issues as me..

    I would buy a steam cleaner 10 times, but never again from Ariette...
    Now I would buy a Karcher with higher pressure bars!!

    In the second use, the spiral broke, resulting in steam passing through the exposed wire. Afterwards, the vacuum's fabric holder broke, and ultimately it broke in general one day.. Maybe it was a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, I was satisfied. At least they replaced it for me.

    The first device in the quarter broke and went to service, where they sent it back to me with a replacement certificate, which was generated the next day. With normal use throughout the house, it cleans very well! Wherever you use it, reading the instructions, you won't have any problems. Now, as for us... Maybe we stumbled upon a material defect, as they say, occasionally a production flaw occurs. Overall, it is a very powerful (household) tool for biological cleanliness and disinfection - effective. The many accessories and the no-stop feature free up your hands, saving time and energy. It's worth having in every home.

    We have it for 2 weeks now. Very convenient and flexible machine, quality construction and convenient size. In 3-4 minutes you have ready steam to start. The steam is produced continuously with enough pressure and lasts for a long time, and you can add water (tap) at any time. It has all the necessary accessories to properly handle steam cleaning of the house or car. It easily cleans carpets, Roman curtains, tiles, extractor fan, sofas.
