Unacceptable and problematic, I didn't return it because I was late to open the box. It's good for throwing away

I had problems from the moment I opened the box. The additional attachments for the pasta maker have some toothed blades that are held together with some springs. One of the blades had come off because there are two long screws with nuts that hold them from one side to the other, and these nuts were completely loose and the entire attachment was about to fall apart.
The other tragic downside is that the metal sheets where it is constructed, their edges are sharp, and I cut my thumb within 5 minutes of opening the box.
Also, the gears on the cylinders were stiff, I opened the side cover and saw that the gears were rusty.
The cylinders are chrome-plated and not stainless steel.
Chrome is a prohibited material in food preparation.
I am a chef and I know this well.
