    This review is about the baking surface: Ribbed Bottom

    Decent product. It easily fits 5 slices of toast, maybe even 6 if they are squeezed tightly. The only negative thing I notice is that the brush provided for cleaning the plate is very hard. It would be good to get another one because otherwise the cast iron will be destroyed immediately.
