  I had watched countless videos on YouTube before deciding on this. I didn't hear a single negative comment. On the contrary, everyone was talking about the ultimate distortion pedal with great gain response and EQ, which I also noticed when I put it on my pedalboard. Despite having a high-gain 100W tube head from Randall with a very good sound, the Revv blew me away with its heavy distortion sound. The main reason for buying it, of course, was to have my "own" sound when I couldn't play with the Randall, and I think I found the right pedal that gives me a relatively similar tone. Although it's a bit pricey, it's worth every last euro. If you're really looking for a good distortion pedal, this one is a flawless solution... with eyes closed

  If you are an electric guitarist, buy it without hesitation! It has clarity and intensity at the same time. You can hear the chords even at high volumes. It is top-notch. It gives you control in playing and detail. I give it the highest rating based on an official comparison with the Big Joe PS-206 9V Power Supply transformer (Europe, this specific model, as other models are terrible), which comparatively produces the least noise (it doesn't make sense to have such an excellent guitar pedal and add noise).

  If you play a lot of extreme metal, first buy the KSR Ceres and Empress Effects Heavy pedals. The REVV G3 is more versatile.
