    The first 7-8 times it was perfect: Nothing stuck, it cleaned easily, and I was surprised by the negative comments I had read here. Then it started to stick even though I hadn't used anything "harsh" to clean it and the ceramic surface appeared untouched. Someone wrote that the instructions say it is suitable for low and medium heat. But then it is useless because sautéing and frying are done at high temperatures! The final blow was when I used it as a baking dish to make brownies (that's why it has a metal handle, to go in the oven). As soon as I took it out of the oven, I realized that in the areas where the dough came out of the non-stick coating, the ceramic coating had been destroyed (whole pieces came off, see photo). I bought a Tefal Unlimited (which claims to be PFOA-free) and I felt relieved. It also says in the instructions that it is not suitable for high temperatures, but after months of use, I have not noticed any damage to the non-stick coating.
