Description

NEW REVISED EDITION

Virtue, a "normal" person, lives a flat, monotonous life without any excitement. Her youth passed by without her realizing it, and she was left singing, in the wrong tempo, for an unfulfilled love.

By her side are her young students and adult classmates from "Sappho," her choir.

Opposite her stand those who never understood her: family, friends, exes, her own fate.

All of this, until the moment when Up There, a newly enlightened, ambitious angel takes on her protection. Spontaneous, inexperienced, and clumsy, the guardian angel watches amazed as his charge undergoes rapid changes. The same goes for those who never missed an opportunity to belittle and hurt her until then.

With a new determined Virtue, everything changes: reality replaces miracles, and the Stars are no longer so distant. Literally...

They looked into each other's eyes. Their gazes got entangled in the web of a spider hanging from a pine branch and remained suspended in mid-air.
- And you're here too? his gaze asked.
- Oh, I just got caught and I don't know how to get out! she said.
- Why do you need to get out? Isn't it nice here? It has a great view... of me! he said jokingly.
- Now that you mention it... Are you laughing at my predicament?
- I'm laughing out of joy. To have you here in front of me and constantly look at you.
- You have sweet eyes.
- And you're not bad yourself...
The breeze blew a little stronger, their gazes loosened, and they turned back to their positions.

Review this product
  • I have read the first 100 pages. I don't want it to end. I don't know how it will be until the end, but I am excited. What can I say first? About the relaxed/everyday writing style full of humor that makes you laugh until tears? About the fact that even though the subject is peculiar because it talks about a guardian angel who protects the main character (Virtue), it doesn't become tedious, but on the contrary, it conveys important messages and relieves the reader through abundant laughter. I really can't stop laughing by myself while reading it. A big bravo to the author. In conclusion, in my personal opinion, either you will love this book from the first pages, or it won't suit you at all and you will hate it. However, it is good to have someone introduce it to you so that you have an initial idea and not be taken by surprise due to its unique subject. But I love it and I don't want it to end. It is therapeutic and I am grateful that it fell into my hands. I will come back as soon as I finish it. P.S.: If you are one of those who have always been a little shy, reserved, and always cared about others' opinions and never raised your voice, or if you were like that in the past, then simply READ IT YESTERDAY!!! I think it will resonate more with readers who have similar "sensitivities." Otherwise, you might find it boring and pointless...
UPDATE: I read it all. In the end, as hilarious as it starts, gradually it manages to deal with significant serious concepts, always with humor, such as racism, love, problematic marriages, suppression of desires, extramarital affairs, and more. It also has some darker and challenging points that it addresses (e.g., a childhood abuse incident), but always with a tender writing style within the framework of the main theme and many touches of humor. I recommend reading it.
