The review is about the product: Bic 4 Colours Shine Ballpoint 1.0mm Silver Multicolor.

I have had the product for a while and I use it frequently.
I bought it because I liked its "metallic" silver color, which gives it a stylish pen look.
    Its advantages are:
    4 ink colors: Blue-Black-Red-Green
The classic pocket clip and the hole at the end in case you want to hang it around your neck (for some people it is very convenient, you won't lose the pen or have to search for it in a moment of need in school bags, pants pockets, etc.
    Its disadvantages are:
Mine was probably defective from the beginning because the blue ink doesn't flow like the classic BiC pens, maybe the ballpoint has an issue in this area.
After 1-2 years, the silver color on the pen body has started to fade, creating openings like large stains and revealing the original white color before painting from the back...
A quite unpleasant color fading scene, something I never expected from a company like BiC.
If you don't want to take the risk, stick to buying a 4 Colours BiC pen with a blue color on the pen body and avoid the silver one.
    The following photo is characteristic.
    I always respect all opinions.
The review, as usual, describes my experience. It may not be a problem for other people.
I always carried the pen in the pocket of my jeans and I never went through the process of destroying it to deceive any other consumer or to harm the company. The pen is a tool.
The color fading has not happened so far to those with the blue "body" or to the older ones that had an orange "body" with a thinner tip and smaller writing thickness. I have bought so many BiC pens. With yellow, with orange, with blue color. So, I explain that my review is not intended to harm, but to raise concerns.
Unfortunately, paint or material defects are something that can happen in all products and not something unprecedented.
    Thank you for your attention.
