The reason for the 3 stars is because the charger plug is type A, which means it is for the USA. The charger works with 110-240V, you just need to buy an adapter for the plug. I won't comment further, everything else has already been said. Apart from the charger, the quality is good. If you already have a charger from elsewhere (like me) and the issue doesn't bother you, go for it.

According to the packaging, it was supposed to come with 2 * 18650 batteries. In the end, it only came with one and had an adapter for 3 * AAA batteries. Other than that, it is very powerful.

A very good flashlight for its price, with satisfactory light intensity. It consists of 5 bulbs (one central with higher power and wide beam and 4 smaller ones with focused beam). I have been using it for about two months and I am very satisfied. Overall, the positives are:
▸ The bulbs are CREE (1:Cree XM-L T6 & 4:Cree XP-E)
▸ Satisfactory light intensity (5000Lm)
▸ Satisfactory duration
▸ Quite convenient on the head and relatively lightweight (380gr)
▸ Easy to change the tilt (to illuminate closer or further)
▸ 4 different lighting modes
▪ Only the central bulb
▪ Only the 4 peripheral ones (with focused beam)
▪ All bulbs together
▪ Strobe mode (flashing)
▸ Red light indicator on the battery compartment (at the back) that turns on when the flashlight is on, which is also easily visible from a relative distance
▸ Uses 2 lithium batteries type 18650 (included in the package), allowing for replacement, and of course, extending the operating time with more pairs
▸ There is the option to charge the batteries without removing them from the compartment, as a charger is provided in the package, but of course, the batteries can be removed and charged in a charger

I consider it a good choice for its price.
