This review is about the ink colour: Blue

I really like the fine pens, I use them for notes in the margin that require precision (e.g. mathematical formulas, spelling of foreign words). It has a long duration, due to its fine tip, and it dries relatively quickly on paper, so it doesn't smudge. It is one of the few good branded options. However, I give it 4 stars because over the years and in more than one piece, I have noticed the following issues:
Firstly, at some point it starts to "skip" while writing, so you have to start shaking or lightly tapping it to recover, which becomes quite annoying when you want to do your work and it happens constantly.
Secondly, because it lasts a long time (maybe that's the reason?), the cap gets dirty on the inside from the pressure exerted by the tip when it is closed, so when you open it and hold it to write, it is stained with ink and inevitably dirties your hand.

Because it has happened to me several times and it frustrates me (because if you are careless, it can ruin clothes), I have changed models, but I still stick with the same brand (check out the 0.4).
