The flip flops only keep your feet dry. They are incredibly comfortable but not suitable for the beach because as soon as they get wet, they start to slip, causing your foot to come out. Therefore, they are great for everyday use, indoors, etc. but not for the sea.

From simple flip flops that I wore my whole life, I switched to these, and the difference is day and night!!! It feels like walking on cotton!!! The best thing I have ever worn!!! I wear flip flops all year round inside the house, so even though the price is a bit high, it's worth it. I would feel sorry to take them to the beach and expose them to the sun and saltwater, as I imagine that because they are very soft, they are not suitable for rough use... Also, as mentioned before, if the inner side, which is made of sponge, gets wet, it's annoying.

In my opinion, prefer the plastic ones with a similar appearance that are also cheaper. These specific ones, with the striped top, are made of a material like fabric/sponge. If you get them wet, they collect water inside, dry quite difficultly, and if they get wet daily, they start to smell and get moldy. The ergonomic part is unique. It definitely takes some getting used to, it bothered me and made my foot red for about a month until they adjusted to my foot. I don't see the reason for a flip-flop to have such a unique anatomy.

The most convenient thing I have ever worn in a slipper, take it with closed eyes. Some people don't like this bulge it makes, but it literally feels like a massage

The sole has a protrusion, probably to press the foot between the upper part of the flip flop and the sole, so that it does not slip while walking. This protrusion is probably excessively large, as it puts quite a bit of pressure on the foot.
