2 stars and many are his. From a company like Enermax, I did not expect this.
Non-existent cable management if you choose to keep the case for 3.5" and because I have a hard HDD I kept it. The cables are a mess. The fans that come pre-installed are NOT the same as the separate SQUA ones they sell. They only look the same. You can't even control the speed. They are powered by molex and from the fun hub, which is basically not a fun hub, it's only for the RGB, but even there I messed up. Because I got a gigabyte (B550 Aorus Pro), it is not compatible with the motherboard because it needs an adapter that theoretically should be included with the motherboard but it's not, so they are stuck on red. They only have the Molex and a female 3Pin for the RGB, so in order to connect and control them through the motherboard, you need to get a 6-Way Splitter Cable, but I'm still not sure if it will work because I'm still waiting to receive the Ekwb EK-D-RGB 6-Way Splitter Cable so I can try it. Once I receive it and try it, I will update the review on that. The SQUA fans that came with the Aquafusion 240 are good though. They can be connected in a daisy chain and once you connect them to the motherboard's D Led, they function properly as ARGB. The plastic quality is like cheap Chinese products. The glass is difficult to remove and can easily fall and break if you're not careful. The screws for the glass are just bad. The front USB ports require so much force to plug something in that you're afraid the whole front panel will come off in your hand. The old TT G21 Core TG is a thousand times better and much more quality in every aspect. I regret the money I spent on this in essence.
Update:
Today I received the Ekwb EK-D-RGB 6-Way Splitter cable and connected the fans. Everything is now working and synchronizing properly through the motherboard's software. Unfortunately, the external LED strip under the glass on the side of the case has a unique connector, so I can't connect it anywhere else except the case's LED hub, which means it's permanently in red color. Luckily, that's the least of my worries. After the initial shock with the negatives and finding a solution for the fan issue, I am raising my rating from 2 to 3 stars because in my eyes, it is still beautiful despite its drawbacks. With a lot of patience and some cable management, it has improved significantly.
Update 2:
From 3 to 4 stars because today Enermax contacted me to answer the question I had about the issue with the LED hub. It turns out, without mentioning it anywhere or clarifying, before the first use, you need to connect the reset button first to the LED hub so that you can press it during the first operation for 3 seconds to activate the M/B sync. Then you can connect the reset button normally to the motherboard to function as a reset button. I didn't find this in the instructions. Now everything is working properly and synchronized without the need for the Ekwb EK-D-RGB 6-Way Splitter, which is now unnecessary.
