Windforce 2X Cooling System

The Windforce 2X cooling system features unique 2x90mm blade fans, Alternate Spinning, a composite copper heat pipe with direct touch, and 3D active fan functionality, providing an efficient heat dissipation capability for higher performance at lower temperatures

Reverse Rotation

Gigabyte's reverse spinning is the only solution that can solve the turbulent airflow of adjacent fans. Since the adjacent fans rotate in the same direction, the airflow direction is opposite between the fans, which will cause turbulent airflow and reduce heat dissipation performance.

Gigabyte reverses the adjacent fans in the opposite direction so that the airflow direction between the two fans is the same, reducing turbulence and increasing airflow pressure.

3D Active Fan

The 3D Active Fan provides semi-passive cooling and the fans will remain off when the GPU is in low load or low power game. It allows gamers to enjoy the game in absolute silence when the system is running without load or is idle.

Unique Fan with Blades

The airflow is dispersed by the triangular edge of the fan and is smoothly guided through the curve of the 3D stripes on the fan surface, effectively enhancing the airflow.

Direct Contact Heat Pipe

The shape of the pure copper heat pipe maximizes the direct contact surface with the GPU, enhancing heat transfer. The heat pipe also covers the VRAM through a large contact metal plate to ensure proper cooling.

Composite heat pipe

The composite heat pipe combines thermal conductivity and phase transition for effective heat transfer management between two solid surfaces, which increases cooling capacity.

Backplate Protection

The backplate not only provides an aesthetic shape but also reinforces the structure of the graphics card to provide complete protection.

The graphics card uses a 4+2 power phase design to allow the MOSFETs to operate at a lower temperature, as well as over-temperature protection and load balancing design for each MOSFET, along with certified Ultra Durable chokes and capacitors, to provide excellent performance and longer system lifespan.

I bought a used one, and when I saw the price of a brand new one, I was shocked. The card is fine, it plays games without any issues, but seriously, what kind of price is this? With that amount of money, you can get an RX 6650 which is way better.

Very nice mid-range card, I have paired it with the i5-11600 and use it for 1080p gaming, and I can say that in the games I play it reaches well over 60fps, for example, dead by daylight at 90-100 on ultra, fortnite at 180+ in performance mode, texas chainsaw massacre at 200-300 on ultra. As for the temperature, it's great, at idle it stays around 30 degrees Celsius, usually, and when I stress it by playing games, it reaches a maximum of 60-65 degrees Celsius and doesn't make any noise. Flawless overall even to this day, the only downside, in the market, is the unrealistic prices as I bought it for 130€, I consider anything over 150€ to be too much.

I bought it in November 2020 for €249. Now it's gone to waste and obviously not worth that much money.
I have noticed since I've had it that as soon as I increase the RPM to 60%-70% from afterburner, it makes noticeable noise. Did I fall into the trap? Maybe.
Generally, though, it performs well in whatever games I've played (mostly FPS).
The setup I have is: Ryzen 5 3600, B450 Tomahawk max, G skill memory 2X8 at 3200 with xmp.

The card is excellent, of course for everyday computer use and of course AAA games in 1080p resolution, but its price has completely skyrocketed. I bought mine in early 2020 for 283.80 euros! I recommend not buying at the moment, let's wait for the stores to stabilize after the pandemic and for prices to drop. If you MUST buy right now and the RTX 2060 is cheaper, prefer it because it will give you about 15% better performance (https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-2060-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1660-Ti/4034vs4037).

This specific card was purchased for 280-310 euros in November (I don't remember exactly) and now it is being sold for 500. In terms of performance, the card is very good for gaming. Fortnite runs at around 110 fps on max graphics, League of Legends at 260-500, and Counter-Strike at 200-300. I also play Rocket League and I haven't noticed the fps, but I have never experienced any lag. Now, if someone wants to do some light editing, they will be able to do their job, but I don't think it will be easy to do heavy editing.

After a lot of searching and reviews, I went for the 1660 ti. The card is really good and does exactly what it says. The use I make of it is with davinci resolve, which in combination with 32gb RAM doesn't lag anywhere, but also some games that with the gtx 650 I had were impossible to enjoy. In a medium-sized case like Stronghold, it fit perfectly and it doesn't have high power requirements. It's really quiet, but what impressed me is its performance in video editing programs! The price now is prohibitive, probably due to bitcoin (I can't find any other explanation), but at the 305 I managed to get it, it's great.

Initially, for anyone who wants to buy this card right now, I do not recommend it at all because the price has INCREASED due to BITCOIN MINING, and don't worry, the price will drop at some point, but I don't see it happening soon. It is a very good card and worth 100% of its money because I am very satisfied. Finally, it is not the time for someone to build a CUSTOM PC.

The card costs 500 €, which is the same price as a 2060, which is three times better for gaming. Just don't buy it if you find it for more than 250€.

5 stars for the card when it was 200€.
    Now, not even one star

Excellent card, plays everything on HIGH-ULTRA at 60 fps on a 144hz screen in combination with ryzen3600 and 16gb ram at 3200, it's simply a BEAST MODE..... 4 stars only for the price which is now excessive

Very good card, it plays everything ultra at 1080p, good temperatures and relatively quiet but now its price compared to other better cards makes it lose a lot in terms of quality/price ratio. With the same amount of money, one can now find more modern cards.

It is a very good card and with a good processor (e.g. i5-10400F or r5-3600x) it is amazing.
However, now that it costs 400 euros + it is not worth it at all compared to the 210 euros I bought it for, it was perfect.
It's better to be patient and wait for the price to drop, otherwise go for an RTX 2060.

Good card for a computer that will play everything from games but it's not worth buying now. Up to 250 euros is good, for more go straight to 2060. One star purely for the price.

Guys, the card is generally very good but for 420 euros that it costs now, don't even think about it. I tried it for about 210 euros in 2018. The price has gone to hell. It's better to get the 2060 ti.

The card is very good, generally the 1660ti series is the best for mid-range builds. I should emphasize that I have seen it run on its own without me touching it at 1950 MHz. Also, this little beast performs well in 2k gaming (for example, cod: modern warfare on high and low shadows gets around 90 fps) which I didn't expect, although after a while I have seen it reach up to 73 degrees which is not something terrible, the fans are audible when they are running at full speed if the PC is next to you, but if you play with a headset it's not something that bothers. The only downside I find is the plastic backplate, generally at these prices and for cards of this category, I believe they should be more carefully constructed.

I bought this specific one for 250 euros in the summer. It performs exceptionally well for gaming at 1080p 75hz without raising temperatures above 67 degrees Celsius. The gigabyte software is good, allowing you to adjust fan intensity and easily save overclock profiles. The absence of RGB is significant as it would make it even more beautiful in the case. Although it has a backplate, it is made of plastic and does not help with temperature reduction. It also requires external power supply from the PSU with relatively low consumption. For around 250-270 euros, depending on the version and brand (stay away from no-name or single fan ones), the card is worth it. As an indication, it has three display ports and one HDMI port

I bought it a month ago, along with AMD Ryzen 5 2600, and I am very satisfied. If you are looking for a card under 300 euros to play everything at 70+ fps on ultra settings, this card is the best choice. In titles like Battlefield V, it easily reaches 70-100 fps on ultra, and in lighter games, you will see over 100 fps. If you can spend an extra 50 euros, however, the RTX 2060 is a better choice, especially if you have a 1440p monitor where the 1660 ti might struggle
