The contents of the Student's Book are extracted into the Workbook where they are reused, leading to significant time savings. From the LESEN and HÖREN modules, exercises for language production (SCHREIBEN and SPRECHEN) are derived. At the same time, the most important elements of B1 level grammar and the entirety of B2 level grammar are presented and practiced.

In short: the combination of the Student's Book and the Workbook covers the work that needs to be done in any B2 level class, including exam preparation, and does so comprehensively. This makes the traditional combination of a Basic book and additional Exam preparation unnecessary.

The Workbook provides all the useful language material (vocabulary and expressions) for the SCHREIBEN and SPRECHEN modules, as well as a series of interesting vocabulary and audio-visual comprehension exercises to enrich the lesson.
