Did you find this review helpful?I bought it from a well-known chain in 2013, the model K316991E, 31 liters. The first thing that broke was the grill's resistance because its grate is higher than it should be, and the chickens I grilled touched the grill's resistance. Either because the grill's resistance was of poor quality. It has a strange inverted plate, a temperature mirror for the grill. Maybe you need to trim the legs of the grate a bit so that they get closer and do not touch what is being grilled with the grill's resistance. The second thing that broke recently was the floor on which the wheels of the rotating plate of the glass tray rotate. It rotted, rusted, and the metal floor was pierced, and it could not rotate, it got stuck in the same spot. It needs cleaning of water and moisture that is kept low inside the floor after each defrosting or cooking, but even after years, if it rusts and pierces, I made various attempts, for example, I closed the gap with aluminum adhesive tapes, but they did not hold, so I completely removed the plastic round with the wheels supporting the glass tray, and it rotates without sticking, but be careful, it needs good centering to place the weight exactly in the middle. Lately, the electronic panel is playing tricks on me, it smells burnt, and it turns off after a few seconds, I assume it short circuits due to grease, but after a few attempts, it starts again and works normally. It's a pity because before I had a microwave oven from Lindt, although it had fewer liters, it never had an issue with the grill's resistance, and it had a stainless steel floor. Microwaves, as known, usually give up when their electronics short circuit with grease that evaporates from the food being cooked and penetrates their electronics and internal wiring after many years of use. What I have refuses to give up and continues to work, a big bravo to Kenwood. I haven't bought this specific product, but a variation of it, and I made a reevaluation to improve any weaknesses of the product.
