As the other guy mentions in the other review, in order for this fan to work, it requires its own controller, the powertech pt-911, because this fan has a custom 6-pin connector (RGB LED fans have 4 pins). However, it is so affordable that you can get three fans and the controller from the same store and it will be cheaper than 3 fans from another brand.

Regarding that, I didn't notice any noise, they work at a standard, uncontrolled speed, but they are fine. As for cooling, now that we have 30°C ambient temperature, the motherboard is generally at 40°C (note that I have placed these three fans in the front of the case and I have another one at the back to expel air). Along with the controller, a remote control is also included, which allows you to control colors and color patterns, and it is positive that this controller is magnetic and can easily be hidden inside the case, and also the remote control is magnetic, so you can place it on the metallic case and it won't get lost.

The fan is a special case, it is good for some uses but not for everyone. First of all, in order to connect it, you need to purchase the POWERTECH LED Controller Box PT-911 receiver, which can support up to 8 fans and 2 LED strips. The construction of the fan is quite good and the appearance is excellent, especially considering that it is the cheapest RGB fan on the market. You control the colors with the remote control from the controller, but there is also a cable to connect the RGB of the controller to the motherboard and control the colors from there. Having mentioned the positives, let's move on to 2 negative aspects that may bother some people. The fans do not have any option or capability to change the speed of the rotations, resulting in them working at a specific speed which, in my experience, does not produce a strong airflow while also being quite noisy for the airflow they provide. However, if someone wants to create an impressive RGB build on a reduced budget and doesn't mind the noise and temperatures too much, it is a very good choice! I installed them in a PC with a 1050ti and Ryzen r3 1200 where there was no fear of high temperatures, combined with an LC-Power Cosmo Cool RGB, the result was impressive with a minimal cost below 50€.
