I use it on my hair, I have dry and somewhat damaged hair. It helps me a lot with the dryness of the scalp and I also noticed that I have significantly less hair fall. I take my shampoo, put a little in my palm and together with two applications of the oil, I mix them and then massage my head and repeat the same process again, just like washing my hair normally.
