The lid makes the difference
With the lid closed during grilling, your roasts will retain their juices and cook in less time. At the same time, heat loss will be reduced, resulting in lower charcoal consumption. Additionally, with the lid closed, the hot air circulating inside the grill intensifies the characteristic aroma of charcoal-grilled food that we all love.
Large Surface
Charcoal grill with a large cooking surface diameter of 47 centimeters, which will satisfy the demands of the whole group.
What goes around comes around
It comes with two wheels for easy movement so you can change its location at any time according to your needs. Additionally, there is a small shelf at the bottom to store or secure grilling accessories.
Cleanliness is next to godliness
The ash collector captures the ash and small coals. It is then removed and only the ash is emptied, ensuring no coals are hidden within the ash.
Collect the ash with just a few movements after finishing your grilling. With the ash collection system, all the ash empties into the special tray, making collection a breeze.

If you enjoy charcoal grilling, a Weber is a long-term investment that opens up tasty horizons. The cost is reasonable for the quality of construction, the years you will keep it, and the flavor it delivers. I have spent a lot on disposable grills and famous ones that lasted 2-3 months. Its porcelain enamel coating gives it durability and maintains a stable temperature. Its functional design has been the same for 70 years, even though it is relatively recent in our country (10-15 years?). It may confuse some people with its closed lid grilling, but it is necessary for the result it gives. Vegetables, seafood, fish, meat, pizza (yes, try it!) better than many restaurants. Grilling is truly a revelation.
Its use is easy to learn, you simply choose direct or indirect grilling depending on the piece you are grilling. Direct for quick grilling over the fire, indirect for slow cooking with the hot air under the lid. It cleans very easily, which helps with maintenance and good taste. Use the thermometer it has, but it is indicative, not precise.
The charcoal chimney is a necessary accessory, it costs about 25€ and will save your hands when lighting the charcoal. It would also be good to get a cover for the grill to keep it in good condition for years.
Be careful with the fuel you use, choose reputable and high-quality ones, as having a good grill it would be a shame to ruin the flavor with "charcoal" full of sawdust and chemicals. I tried Weber charcoal and briquettes. The charcoal gives a smokier flavor (which I prefer) but is more difficult to use, it does not have a uniform temperature and can go out if not properly lit or in the right amount. The briquettes (without chemicals, they are bound with starch - like glue) light up more easily, maintain a flame for a longer time, and have a more subtle smell (my wife prefers them). I usually mix the two.
The size is perfect for a family of 4-6 people, for BBQs with more than 8-9 people, you will either have to constantly serve appetizers or grill a large piece for many hours.
Convenient size, easy to use and clean, can be used comfortably on a weekly basis, and delivers amazing flavor. What are you waiting for?
Incredible ease and grilling experience.
Easy to use and clean, as if you close the lid with the end of your grilled food, it ignites and then cleans with a simple damp sponge and a little dish soap...
Pay attention to the briquettes because each company has significant differences in their burning time. You get what you pay for.
Great for beginner grillers and the CHARCOAL CHIMNEY STARTER is a big help, as you have ready-to-use charcoal at the right temperature in just a few minutes...
