It is very good, stable, and comfortable. We have had it for 2 years already and I have not encountered the problems mentioned by other users.

Purchased for a child almost 3 years old, weighing around 16.5 kilograms and approximately 99 centimeters tall. However, we were never able to try the seat straps, as they do not fit the child to secure them. We only use it with the car's seat belt. If I had known this from the beginning, I might have chosen a cheaper model. As for its reliability and durability, we relied on the name Britax Römer. It is still too early to say as we have just started using it.

We paid a bunch of money and we have changed it twice within the warranty! Constantly, the headrest cover comes off and bothers the child... Unacceptable for a seat of this price and these evaluations

The headrest from the seat keeps coming off constantly, luckily they replaced it for us because it was defective but unfortunately the one they replaced it with is even worse than the first one!

I have 2 in my possession for about 2.5 years. In one, the fabric is thinning out and coming off from the headrest. In the other, after 2.5 years, half of the foam came off from the base without breaking or being tampered with by the child. Another annoying thing is that the seats creak when you fall into a pothole, without end!!!!!!! I believe that for a total of 800€ and for its tremendous and amazing reviews on quality, don't believe even half of it. In terms of safety, the truth is that it has double the thickness of isofix base compared to any other car seat I have seen. I hope I don't have to find out if it was worth the reviews as the safest seat.

After thorough research (user and expert reviews, safety ratings, crash tests, etc.), it seemed like an excellent choice. However, during use, various practical issues regarding everyday use started to appear. One of the worst aspects, for example, is that while the seat belt clips were designed not to be violated/opened by the child, they are so difficult to close that if it's raining, you end up soaked before managing to close them properly. Our car is parked in the yard, and in the area where we live, we park outside on the street. If we parked in a garage, we probably wouldn't pay any attention to it at all... For such details that matter in everyday use, I wouldn't buy this particular car seat.

I also have the previous one (Advansafix III) and this one is much more comfortable for older children.
However, I also fell into the faulty batch with the fabric that falls on the headrest. Fortunately, it was within warranty and there was a free replacement for both the foam and the fabric, which ties much tighter and does not fall.

I have this specific baby seat for about 10 months.
So far, the negatives that I have discovered are that the child does not sleep comfortably and the placement of the covers after washing is not easy.
Whether it is worth its money is something I hope to never find out. Obviously, its price has more to do with safety issues rather than comfort.

If you want to curse the time and moment you bought it, then this product is for you. The cover on the headrest simply does not fit at all. It constantly comes off its position, resulting in pushing the child's head and making it impossible to sleep in the correct position, let alone guarantee their safety. We chose it because of good safety ratings, but now with its unacceptable design quality, I doubt it will meet the supposed specifications.

I think it is the best car seat on the market for this age group. Very good construction, easy installation, and can change position while the child is on it. I have bought 2 for my two children and they are perfect.

A very good car seat for these ages. Comfortable and sturdy with built-in isofix and a hook to tie it back in the luggage space. What I read about the fabric coming off and falling on the child's head is not true, also it is not true that you cannot recline it while the child is on top. A bit difficult to remove the covers for washing. I highly recommend it.

An otherwise excellent car seat in terms of safety. The fabric on the headrest is a major problem as it comes off, posing a risk of covering the baby's face. After contacting the company and hours of "negotiations," they admitted that it was a defective batch and replaced it for us. Another negative aspect is the difficulty of fastening the straps.

Apart from the high price, there is an issue with the cover of the headrest, which comes off easily even when the child is not inside, resulting in the protective foam being exposed! Thankfully, we changed the seat from the store due to legislation. It has a quality construction that exudes a sense of safety. It does not have a significant recline angle if the child wants to sleep.

A beautiful seat with many problems.
First of all, the main problem is that the fabric keeps coming off from the position where the child's head rests, leaving the foam exposed. After contacting britax abroad, they acknowledged that this is a general problem with all seats of this model and, since it is within warranty, they will send a new fabric after about 2 months...
Also, the straps of the tether are quite tight and the function with the green indicator does not always work correctly. Additionally, this seat is not suitable for babies under 2 years old. Their head will fall forward when they try to sleep because the recline of the seat is very small.
On the other hand, it is a very beautiful, safe, and expensive seat. But unfortunately, it seems that they released it on the market without sufficient testing.

Excellent little seat. It is a bit expensive but luckily I found it €100 cheaper on Black Friday.

update: Indeed, there is an issue with the fabric on the headrest, which was replaced by the store we bought it from without any hassle. Also, our 2.5-year-old friend can easily undo the seatbelt, so maybe there should be some consideration for that.
