Wonderful book!! It helps with how to behave towards our children and how to assist them. And how to help ourselves from repeating wrong behaviors towards our children!

It is a book that talks about the parent-child relationship, in a modern and distinct way from many parenting books that are available. It focuses on the importance and understanding of a child's emotions and how they "collaborate" to coexist with their parents. It is a very good suggestion for reading, even for those who have already read a lot on the subject.

Having read various books on child rearing, I believe that this is perhaps the only one that a parent-guardian needs to read. It does not propose a specific method, as methods objectify children. Respect, maintaining the child's integrity, and reinforcing not only self-confidence but primarily self-esteem are some of the fundamental concepts addressed in the book. I highly recommend it to those who have children under their care.
