Waterproof boots work by Cofra, which provides finger protection against impacts and has an anti-slip, anti-static, and puncture-resistant sole according to safety standard S3. Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
They are waterproof, but only up to the laces... meaning if water gets on the laces, it gets inside.
They are quite durable, especially internally and externally.
The sole (EVANIT) that Cofra shoes have is simply terrible. And especially these shoes will kill you with pain in the first few days because they are excessively hard. They do break in eventually, but even then, be sure that you will need to put insoles in Cofra shoes (I have put in three insoles simultaneously, otherwise they are the most comfortable shoes ever) and besides that, you always need to wear double socks and good socks, not thin or polyester ones.
All Cofra shoes I have bought have a huge flaw. The shoes are hard in the heel and they rub your heel on the foot, and no matter what you do, the least you will experience is your socks being eaten at that point.
UPDATE: Also, with these shoes, I have sprained my feet 30 times... Within 3 months, it has happened to me more times than in my entire life before I bought these shoes. Just a little misstep, and your foot immediately turns. Someone who is even slightly overweight can suffer serious damage from this, I imagine. After 9 months and beyond, I have not experienced it even once.
The laces last about 9-10 months, then they get cut from friction.
