Description

The set consists of knives made of stainless steel with a titanium coating, to maintain their sharpness for a long time. The knives have a special ergonomic non-slip handle for precision cutting and maximum utilization of the blade's length, unique style, and are ideal for all types of use.

The knives are antibacterial, non-stick, and the special dimples on their blade help thin slices to easily come off the knife, as well as sticky foods after cutting.

The set also includes 1 Santoku knife. The Santoku knife is the special knife used by Japanese chefs, which has a scalloped blade that creates air pockets preventing even the thinnest or softest food slices from sticking to the blade. It is ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables with great ease.

    The order arrived on time, without unnecessary delays. The support base is made of metal and the knife placement roof is wavy with silicone strips (to prevent scratches on the knives), while also providing additional space for other utensils (spoons, etc.).

    On a daily basis, I handle the knives and they are of superior quality compared to the previous ones I had. Filleting fish is done comfortably, and cutting pineapple around the perimeter is also done easily.
