This book is neither an Autobiography, much less Memoirs or Diary. It is simply a Narrative.

A narrative of a person who practiced Medicine intensely for 50 years, during which he experienced countless sorrows, joys, loves, disappointments, hatred, remorse, moments of insignificance and weakness, but also moments of superiority, if not greatness. The narratives are not limited to purely medical work, but also concern the serious events that the author witnessed all these years, as well as the atmosphere he experienced in the various periods of his life.
