Fryer pot by the company Biomar Inox, with a diameter of 24cm. It is made of stainless steel, a material particularly resistant to high temperatures, which heats up very quickly and can maintain the temperature for a longer time compared to aluminum pots. 

It features a non-stick stone coating, ensuring high resistance to scratches and abrasions. To keep the coating intact, we advise you to let the pot cool down before cleaning it and to avoid using a scouring pad. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
