    I take 10g of glutamine daily almost all year round for muscle recovery and muscle pain.
    I am trying this specific company for the first time, it is one of the cheapest in the Greek market. I found the 300g on offer for 11.50 euros and the 500g for 18.90 euros, which is essentially the same price.
    It is produced in Poland and the company has a wide range of products from multivitamins, minerals, amino acids to ready meals.
    I don't see any reason to buy something more expensive.
