Due to American sizes, they do not come exactly as expected. I usually wear size 45, in this particular case I tried size 44 but it is still quite wide. Very good shoe for winter, it is not waterproof, it keeps warm and is suitable for riding a motorcycle, but it does not have any protection so it is definitely not a motorcycle boot. It is also comfortable for walking, I took a trip with much more daily walking and posture than I am used to without the shoes bothering me at all.
