Schools in the 21st century are characterized by the diversity of their students. Students differ in terms of race, religion, nationality, but there are also students with disabilities or who have been identified as having special needs. Inclusive education is a particular challenge for schools that strive to provide equal opportunities for all their students. Achieving this requires the involvement of educators in this process. Thus, inclusive education becomes a challenge for educators as well.

This book argues that inclusive education largely depends on what educators do in their classrooms. Educators are the critical factor, as they are the ones who implement inclusive education in their everyday practice. The argument, therefore, is that educators are a possible solution to the issue of developing inclusive pedagogies in schools. In this book, through various chapters, some of the characteristics that educators can promote inclusion will be presented.
