The shoe is very good. I deduct one star because it is not completely waterproof. When stepping on puddles, water gets inside. Also, make sure to put good insoles inside because after many hours, the foot starts to hurt a bit from underneath. Other than that, the quality is very good

I had them for 10 years with very harsh use on winter and summer trips, hiking, walking the dog, farm work, etc., and without any care. I think that the reason they rusted in some areas is because I never washed them afterwards, especially after snow. I will buy them again.

I have been using AKU shoes for several years. The shoe is very high quality, it just needs a little breaking in because the sole is a bit hard at first. Once it breaks in, it is a pure mountaineering shoe.

Very good shoe, it will support you wherever you wear it, whether it's for a walk in the winter or in the mountains, it does it all!
