Matcha tea, or the magic of Japan, is the most popular green tea in the world. It contains 135 times more antioxidants than a regular green tea, and this is because we consume the entire tea leaf and not just the infusion. Unlike green tea, in matcha tea, the plant's leaves are shaded before harvest, and this change in sunlight increases the levels of chlorophyll, which is rich in nutrients. Once harvested, the leaves are steamed to stop the fermentation that would reduce these elements. After drying, they are ground with stones to give us an intensely green powder.
Matcha tea is a high-quality tea, rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that protect against heart disease and forms of cancer, better regulate blood sugar, lower blood pressure, and have anti-aging properties. In addition to polyphenols (antioxidants), it has been shown to boost metabolism and slow or stop the growth of cancer cells.

Well, it is of excellent quality. The country of origin is written as Japan, not like other cheap imitations. The taste, to anyone who hasn't tried it, I'm sure they won't like it. Yes, it is very pure and raw, but bitter and literally tastes like grass. Of course, there are many ways to drink tea to make the taste more pleasant. Sugar, honey, milkshake, cold ice tea, and I've even heard of people mixing it with protein. Anyway, it is very healthy because we essentially consume the whole leaf of the tea, the plant camellia sinensis, in powdered form. It is believed to calm and help with concentration, while also boosting the immune system and enhancing metabolism. It is rich in vitamin C, selenium, chromium, and magnesium, and is also considered to help regulate cholesterol and blood sugar levels. It significantly surpasses any other tea in terms of the quantity of total nutrients and antioxidant properties. It has an extremely high content of a type of polyphenols, called catechins. The French epigallocatechin (EGCg), the main catechin in green tea with a content that can exceed even 60% of its total polyphenols, has a strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer effect. So, we are talking about therapeutic/preventive properties. It is not just a lipton tea that has nothing to offer other than colorants and a bad factory aftertaste. Finally, matcha tea is rich in L-theanine, a substance that promotes relaxation without causing drowsiness, but at the same time, due to its caffeine content, it will give you a smoother energy/focus/alertness than coffee. It provides energy but different from coffee and also clarity. The taste is intense and even unpleasant. I drink it with a lot of stevia, like a latte with almond milk and a lot of cinnamon at the end. This way it becomes tasty.
Unfortunately, my wife developed acne on her body due to an allergy caused by the product, so she had to stop using it. It's a shame because she was also losing weight. It's not necessary for everyone to experience this. That's why I'm not speaking ill of the product.

Personally, I love coffee but most teas seem indifferent at best.
If you have never drunk matza in your life, maybe this will seem decent to you. If you have drunk, traveled, and tried elsewhere, it is the worst thing someone can drink in matza! That's why its price is so low. Bitter, smells awful, its color is strange. Terrible, I prefer to give 5.30 euros every day to a well-known global chain with coffees, rather than drink this awful thing again. I bought it and threw it away!
Good for its job. Be careful not to overdo it, as it is indeed stimulating and the body easily gets used to it in everyday use. I suggest using it 3-4 times a week and avoiding caffeine the rest of the time.
I drink it forcefully hoping to get used to it.. Such bitterness, not even in a romantic disappointment!!! I tried it light, I tried it with lemon, I tried it with milk. In the end, I add cocoa, a pinch of sugar, sweetener, I whisk them in hot water with a "swishhh" and I add milk. It's not delicious, but it's bearable.

5g matcha powder, 250ml plant-based milk (preferably oat), and 2g stevia (for those who can't stand the grassy taste)

Personally, I make cold tea with half a teaspoon of matcha + one teaspoon of black organic sugar. Just mix it a little with the spoon and then put in a straw!

I have had it since 13th October 2021. I ordered it because I read many positive comments and I decided to try it. I liked it a lot as a flavor with a little lemon, half a spoonful of honey, and half a spoonful of sweet matcha. Perfect, I would recommend it, but I haven't tried the more expensive brands. Now, if it is good for antioxidants, it will show in the future, but I noticed a small improvement in my weight.

I use it as a cold tea and it's perfect. With a small amount, you can make a very refreshing infusion that quenches your thirst. Its taste is unique but pleasant, and it is very easy to drink, especially as a cold tea. It's fantastic!
