At 39 euros, I don't think there is anything better, at least from what I looked at up to 50 euros. The build quality is good and it doesn't give the impression of being cheap, but it's not high-end either. It is definitely better than what the price suggests.
It comes with a pre-installed 140mm fan at the front running at 800rpm and a rear 120mm fan running at 1000rpm, both of which are quiet. At the front, I would have liked to have slightly larger openings on the sides of the plastic front panel for better airflow. It is sufficient for the one low rpm 140mm fan that is pre-installed, but for 2x120mm fans, it seems borderline.
It has a front and bottom filter, 2 front panel USB3 ports, a removable 3.5" HDD tray, sound absorbing pads on the side panels and on the front door, making it even quieter.
The mesh on the front panel filter is fine enough to filter well. It has a plastic frame and can be easily detached for cleaning. The filter on the power supply is a simple mesh, not as fine as the front one, without a plastic frame, and not as easy to remove. It requires some caution to avoid breaking it.
It also has an opening on the top left of the motherboard tray for the 8-pin motherboard cable, which none of the other cases I looked at in this price range had. The space behind the motherboard tray for cable management is not huge, but it is sufficient for an mITX build. It also has some cable ties for securing the cables with zip ties.
I used a semi-modular power supply with only the necessary cables and with some basic cable management, it closed comfortably. With a full wired power supply and loose cables, I believe it would be difficult to close.
In the accessory box, along with the screws, it also has 2 extra PCI-e brackets that can be secured with screws to close the slots if needed, as the ones already installed are simply discarded when cutting them for installing a graphics card.
If it had a PSU shroud, even at an additional cost, removed the 5.5" tray on the front (although I used it), and had slightly larger perforated plastic on the front for better airflow, it would be perfect.
For anyone looking for an affordable mini-micro ATX case, discreet, with a maximum budget of 50 euros, maybe even more, without being interested in RGB LEDs, glass or plexi side panels, and not being bothered by the presence of a 5.5" slot, I believe it is the best choice
