Well, as a study aid it is quite good. I use it for preparation in the field of health, but I don't think it has the necessary explanation of the theory. I only use it for exercises as the concepts and theory are condensed and summarized. Very detailed answers, which is very positive because you understand your mistake or enrich your answer more. The methodology is quite good and includes many exam exercises from national exams to university entrance exams and biology competitions. I recommend it for practicing exercises but not for theory.

Well-written guide but lacking a wide variety of exercises. Good for understanding, with emphasis on theory but it doesn't have the "extra" that someone might want.
