♥️I have tried it for three days and I am very satisfied. It works quite satisfactorily. I take it one hour before the time I want to sleep and I have a deep and uninterrupted sleep of at least 7 hours. Of course, I do not have sleep problems, but I use melatonin because I know its benefits, which are quite significant and not just facilitating sleep... Melatonin is the hormone of youth and because it is produced in the pineal gland, where our appetite is also regulated, I have noticed that when I use melatonin, my appetite is more controlled... Melatonin has beneficial properties, especially for older individuals. ♥️
Personally, it didn't help me. I bought it to try it out because I use another product and due to the price, I thought it would be beneficial for me. But with just one pill, you don't feel anything, with two it's okay but it still takes time to take effect. However, once you fall asleep, you will have a full 7-hour sleep. During periods of intense stress, something heavier may be needed, however with this specific product I wake up very pleasantly and sleep deeply.
Regarding something I read in the reviews, that it contains a carcinogenic preservative, I searched the box and the leaflet and it does not mention that it contains titanium dioxide.
My mom uses it and says it helps her. I also bought it for two days, meaning two nights during a stressful period when I couldn't sleep. The first night was okay, but the second night the nightmares I had will haunt me for the rest of my life.
Having had a strong experience with insomnia and having undergone "regular" treatment for it in the past (not with supplements), I have to say that none of these supplements will work for mental conditions, even the simplest/lightest ones like Generalized Anxiety Disorder (as confirmed by the experts in the field, aka psychiatrists).
However, for milder cases, these supplements do work (not all of them, of course, you have to find the one that suits you). I have used this particular one in the past, but as I said, it wasn't suitable for that moment, so it didn't work as I wanted/expected. Now that I have sorted out my sleep and found a routine, I use it occasionally and it does its job. So I always have it at home and I recommend it.
I take it because I work flexible hours and sometimes I finish work at 6 in the morning and start a new job at 6 in the morning. How can I sleep at 7 in the morning? When I wake up at, for example, 4 or 3 in the morning, how can I sleep from 8:30 in the evening?
I take this and manage. I never want to take sleeping pills. This does not create addiction.
Three months a year when I stop working, I neither take it nor need it. When I work in the afternoon and can sleep from 12 at night until 8 in the morning, I neither take it nor need it, even if I have taken it continuously the previous days. I sleep more deeply with it and more.
Two notes:
1. When I want to drink in order to sleep earlier, several hours before, definitely at 4, I don't drink coffee or I drink half-decaf. It is not a miracle sleep aid. I dim the lights or close the blinds before going to sleep, meaning I create a sleep preparation, I don't listen to loud music, and then I take the miraculous pill. During the day, I wear earplugs or headphones, I don't expect the world to stop moving just because I need to sleep.
2. The normal dose is 3 to 5 mg. So one pill will only work if you are a short and petite woman, like a ballerina, meaning under 39 kilograms. I now take 2 pills, and later, as work and stress increase, I take 3. There have been times when I took 5 pills, meaning 5 mg in one day (2 in the morning when I finished work, woke up at 12, and in the evening I wanted to sleep at 8:30, so I took another 3 pills/mg). If you are a man, weighing 90+ kilograms, start with 3 pills and see how it goes.
There have been times when it didn't work for me, it is not a sleeping pill, it is essentially a dietary supplement.

I woke up with a headache the first time I took it. From what I read on the packaging, it contains titanium dioxide (E171), which is carcinogenic. Be careful!
With 2 pills together, in half an hour, I fall asleep and sleep for 7 hours. Not even a bedsheet was needed. And rest assured that I have tried other supplements as well. I am against benzodiazepines (Valium, Xanax, etc.) and generally any medication that creates addiction.
