I will give it 5 stars. It works perfectly on Xbox Series S. However, it broke like many others in the semester. I contacted Turtle Beach and they will replace it.

I have already received the new headphones. I bought them from the eshop but as soon as they broke, I contacted the company. If you are under warranty and yours broke, please contact them.

I am very satisfied with these specific headphones. I have had them for about a year and have had no issues. In terms of comfort, they are amazing and the sound is incredible!

They broke at the links that connect the earpad to the frame. On one side, it completely opened and on the other side, it cracked after a few months of use as a second gaming headset...
Otherwise, they are among the most comfortable for those who wear prescription glasses and are generally comfortable for extended use, but what's the point if they don't last...

I highly recommend them! (purchased 4 months ago)

Edit 11/6/20: They broke a little above the Earpad on the left side as I was taking them off my head. They lasted a year without any mishandling, what a shame.
