It has less caffeine than black tea and is made from the leaves of a shrub called Camellia sinensis. It should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from light and other strongly scented items.
In the brewing process, pay attention to the temperature of the water, as boiling water is bad for the catechins (precious components of tea). The ideal water temperature is up to 80 degrees. Then, pour the water over the tea and let it steep for up to 3 minutes before drinking. Of course, brewing time can be shorter, depending on your taste and preferences.
